Late and getting later? PR says The Company also announced that it is filing Form 12b-25, and intends to file its Form 10-Q for the second quarter by Monday, August 23, 1999. Acc to Rule 12b-25, Paragraph b., section 2, sub-section ii, if they wait until August 23, they'll be late again!
