Unbelievable is all I can say! Presumably before this gets too dragged
out in the courts, Syncronys Software (SYCR) will have met the guidelines
for the Win95 designation. I haven't the benefit of the Washington post article
but is it posssible that MSFT will pursue this matter vigoursly in order to set
an example, or is the law suit a way to bring these rogues in line? Your thoughts?
