I'm looking very hard at some of the disk drive stocks. I actually picked up some shares of WDC this morning after talking with my friend Brenda Greer. I think investors might want to spread the risk out on a few stocks in this sector at some point in the future. These prices are just too tempting to pass up for me though today. Take WDC for example. Here is a stock at 4 1/2 that sold over 50 a couple of years ago. Yes they have hit hard times but sector rotation will pay off in the end. An investor might want to spread their risk between WDC and a few other stocks. Eventually these stocks will begin to have better quarters once again. Then these stocks will strongly outperform. I'm hoping WDC might even have quarters again strong enough to compete with market leaders in the field like SEG. The other stocks I looked at included: MXTR, RDRT and KMAG:

finance.yahoo.com

They might pull back more before taking off again sometime in the future but in the long run an investor here should be very happy!!! Check out the whole group for some long term values.

Thanks, Jeff
