In follow-up to the statement about Medsite.com's $50 million in revenue.

I just looked up Medscape's and Dr Koops IPOs through Edgar. For the 3 months ending March 31 1999 Medscape had revenues of $1.6 million. Dr. Koop reported revenues of $400,000 for the 3 months ending March 31 1999. Both these companies showed large net losses for these periods.

Even Healtheon, who has 71 million shares out and a present market cap of $3 billion only had revenues of $22 million with a net loss of $13 million for the last quarter.

It is fairly easy to see the big difference between Medsite.com and many of the other Medical companies coming out or trading right now. As long as the market can hold up I can't see any reason why this wouldn't be a real IPO.

I just talked to Jim G. at JDX looking for an update. He said there was nothing new to report. However he did say that as soon as Medsite.com filed their IPO with SEC they would release an update on the company. As far as he knows Medsite.com is still planning on doing the IPO this fall. As soon as the report comes out on Edgar I will post it.

Best Regards
KEITH
