I just received a private tender offer to sell my shares at 11.50. I received the call from my broker, National Discount Broker. Anyone else receive such a call? BTY it was on behalf of some private group. Obviously, I was not interested in any BELOW market tender offer. Maybe they just prey on people that don't realize that it is below! cdovi
