I remember talking to mgmt on P-Day (Protara Day) and they were shell-shocked. My impression is that with that and the GeoMatrix nifedipine collapse they've never recovered their bearings.

BTW, Protara does work, at least according to the meta-analysis recently done, and mgmt makes some noise about trying to sell it to someone else.
