everywhere, even to lunch. Problem is, notebook computers don't love minestrone soup and coffee as much
as their owners do. Dell wants to help. Monday it is launching a new service called CompleteCare, which
charges laptop buyers a one-time fee of $179 to repair or replace damaged notebooks for three years.
