Some more interesting quotes from the 10K filing: "Labeling and promotional activities are subject to scrutiny by the FDA and, in certain instances, by the Federal Trade Commission. The NMP22 Test Kit may only be promoted by the Company as a prognostic indicator. The FDA actively enforces regulations prohibiting the promotion of devices for unapproved uses and the promotion of devices for which premarket clearance or approval has not been obtained. Consequently, the Company cannot promote the NMP22 Test Kit for cancer screening or for any other unapproved use."
