Bundling is perfectly legal.

Intel had bundled MB's and celerons to leverage against the K6's as we all know.

The requirement that they not use AThlon is highly unlikely.

It would be highly illegal and the rewards certainly are relatively miniscule to Intel.

The downside would be immense in terms of potential damages etc as well as effecting relationships with other tiers 1's.

In addition perhaps u can comment on why AMD is not having the motherboards manufactured for Athlon. The current roll out stinks to high heaven.
