Coey you're pulling on our chains about this, right? Jr. was flying a Saratoga with little experience in IFR (or at least nearly) conditions. That was a recipe for disaster. The Saratoga ain't no jet, but it ain't the little Cessna Jr. likely used to get his license either. The notion of foul play in this instance is really hard to fathom. Talk about playing into the hands of one's enemies. (grin)
