Kathyh - Regarding options expiration: I believe someone last month said something like that also, and the answer was that if the deal were signed that that would be withholding information that everyone has a right to, and the company could be in trouble for not announcing the completion of the deal. Please correct me someone if I have misunderstood this. Honor
