I went to my trainer this morning (we talk about stocks) and I mentioned that I saw your thread on Krispy Kreme. He knows the guy who has the franchises in St. Louis. Apparently it costs $750,000 to set one up, but it grosses 1.3 to 5 million annually. I personally can take them or leave them, but some people go nuts for them. I equate them with White Castles, but so what? I think it merits a look at management. Trainer, who is from Canada, says there is a doughnut shop in Canada all over, named for a deceased hockey player (Horton, I think.)
