When investors in floorless convertibles are
essentially guaranteed a profit, however, it has
usually meant that existing shareholders pay the
price through massive dilution and a collapsed
stock price.

Of course, I always have hope--that's what
newbies do...then come in to the markets with
their dollars, and hope...but not much else.

Is there now a magic floor at at buck for ARIA
(or is it a trapdoor?). The spread has widened to 8%,
that'll end any nibbles. Hey insiders--get your asses
out of the lab for one day and help me out in supporting
this thing! <g> That goes for you fellas too, I want
lots of limit orders to buy at 1 1/16th:-)

Lesson learned--the hard way. Think Berger will
bail me out? What's more likely--a few parters
or will he sell. Not a great trackrecord for
helping out the "wiggly worm commoners".

Long and strong baby, but not holding my breath.
