I don't agree. This merger stinks for CSCC stockholders. I'm glad I got out at 28.625. I'll take my money and use it to better advantage the next 12-18 months. All networkers, especially ASND/CSCC are flat to lower during 1997. (ie. dead money) I'll buy CSCC back when it is 17 or ASND when it is 24, maybe. Tomorrow will be the start of the "Big Head Fakes." The MM's are going to be using all their well honed skills to get the little guys to zig when they should be zagging. Be careful. Don't be the "bigger fool."
