Intel is being investigated by the FTC and you believe they would pull that kind of a STUNT ? Check your source - I'll bet that it is a disgruntled AMD person - who can't accept the fact that they lost a big account because of poor PRIOR performance - and expected similar poor delivery/compatability with the AthLATE.
