A quick look shows me that the company has embarked on a new strategy. I see mention of a new management. What happened to the old management? What led to the change in management? Was this engineered by the board? Or by outside forces? What was wrong with the company before when it was California Microwave? Answers to those questions from someone knowledgeble would help me understand how real the new direction is.
