Mitchell IMO you are correct. Looks like someone/some entity is picking up shares. Could be the buyer(if rumors have any basis in fact)picking up "cheap" shares at these prices before a tender offer is released...Could also be market makers but I doubt that they would purchase so many shares, unless they are working with BNEZ...I hope it's not just shares being transferred/sold/bought by these "NEW" spinoff companies, you know, creating assets...Still, it is interesting I guess...Just hope a tender offer(if it's in the cards) is for "much,much" more than .10 or .15 cents...Keeping my fingers crossed, but not holding my breath...Good luck to everyone...
