Pyng Technologies Announces Selection Process in Place
for Production of the F.A.S.T.1(TM)

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Pyng Technologies Corp. is pleased to
announce the following, Pyng Medical Corp. has completed a
complete design for mass production review process which has
incorporated several design improvements initiated from the field
trials on the F.A.S.T.1 System for Adult Intraosseous Infusion.

A selection process corresponding with our quality assurance
procedure has been initiated to identify and qualify companies for
development of production tooling and design as well as actual
production in injection molded parts. All companies selected have
been visited by representatives of Pyng Medical Corp. and have
been delivered a package of materials on the F.A.S.T.1 System
inclusive of new design changes. Each company has been requested
to do a thorough analysis of the components of the F.A.S.T.1
System and provide detailed quotations inclusive of delivery
schedules for production in injection molded components.

Pyng Medical Corp. announces that contracts for this segment of
production are scheduled to be in place by the end of August 1999.
Pyng Medical Corp. will make an announcement upon signing of a
contract with the selected vendor.
