"The question of financing remains, however. Although some of the capital expenditures necessary to reach these production levels will come from the existing operations, to fully develop the properties, Mr. Walsham said the company would have to raise additional capital. With DiamondWorks stock trading in a narrow range below 20 cents, current shareholders can only hope that massive private placements will not be the order of the day."

Right on, WillP. This is crucial. It would be a nicely positive note if dmw could obtain debt financing for development of Camatchia, and Koidu when that comes ... and failing that, or waiting for that, to just let the kitty build up with current cash flow, develop one step at a time with the funds in hand .... and NOT print more cheap paper ... there has to be a limit somewhere. I would think it is now and here, as survival is no longer in doubt at this point.

What would be really nice - is if our RSA friends would exercise some of those cheap warrants ... or better - all of them, tomorrow -g-
