I have had the same experiences, and will be moving my account's soon as well. I put in an order for a stock(NHCH) trading at 5 1/4 for a buy of 1k shares at 5 1/8. It went all the way down to 5 and my order never went through? I call their brokers, and they tell me it's because someone with a market order went through before mine?? That makes no damn since, since if they put in a market order, it still shouldn't have hit 5?? I agree about not knowing when an order has been canceled or not. I have done it several times, only to realize I was short the stock! I had bought 1k shares of SEEK, but it never showed up, so I put in another order. Suddenly, I own 2k shares. Fortuantley I was able to sell for a profit on the second order. I am moving to cybercorp.com. I believe.
