Why are you guys surprised that Jeff Silverman is friends with Mohamed?? Jeff owns 100,000+ shares of GIFS. Percentage wise, that's a good chunk... That sort of investment requires that Jeff stay on top of things.
When Mohamed and Mike where in Calif last Feb, early March, they met up with Jeff and his wife for a lonnnnngggg lunch.

I'm sure the conversation was not all business and a friendship developed. This weekend's tornado in Tenn promted Mrs. Silverman to call (out of concern) to see if they were alright. I know that when we had flooding, etc in my region, I appreciated friends and family calling to express their concern. That's what friend do.
As a stockholder, Jeff is an owner of GIFS. As stockholders, we are also owners. We have the same relationship with GIFS as does Jeff. As a lurker, sometime poster, I appreciate Jeff's contributions and DD. It saves me a lot of time and effort thus making him an asset to this thread. |
