Ben, I haven't had time to do any research, but I didn't want your questions to hang without some response.
"Whoop-de-do! A new spin doctor." This comment surprises me a little. I would not accuse CHT of spin doctoring. I would say there was no spin, no doctoring and not much hype of any type. My complaint has been that information, in my opinion, has not been getting out effectively. An in-house IR person, from my experience, is much better for communication about the developments and the company operation.
"Are insiders going to quit habitually re-pricing options?" This one hurts. I, in no way, can endorse or accept the re-pricing of options. Review my comments on the Pyng Technologies thread. Yes, I plan to discuss this at the AGM tomorrow. There is no way that IR, no matter who fills the role, can satisfy me that re-pricing is justified.
The majority of the answers to your remaining questions about numbers of shares, options etc. should be addressed in the annual report. I do recall seeing some of the data. If there is any information missing, let me know and I'll be happy to dig it up.
Yes, there are many Vancouver wonders. However, not too many are profitable with nicely growing revenues.
I'll post anything significant from the AGM.
