IS, the p/e is 200, if you take the last trade at 27 5/8 and divide by an annualized eps of $0.14, based on 2X the $0.07 earnings reported for 6 months in that news release.

Assuming that the p/e should be closer to 20, the stock ought to trade in the low single digits, assuming it ever trades again.
