OCOM filed a DEF 14 form with the SEC today. This is a definitive proxy statement which announces the annual meeting to be held on 9 September. On note are the proposal to change the name of the company to Video Network Communications,and to elect two directors of the company. Carol Snyder who is proposed for election has an interesting background. If I read her bio in this filing correctly she has held six differnt jobs with 6 different companies in the last 6 years. Rogers bio is also included and include claims about "his" start up company experience with General Kinetics and Cryptec. This is a the same claim made in the original prospectus.
