Well Dave, if you are Canadian or have an offshore account you can short the stock, that's a fact. If you are long and think it may go to 1/16, my advice is sell tomorrow. If you are trying the influence the movement of a stock without accurate and truthful disclosure you can and just might be prosecuted. Anybody hear from Jeff Hencken lately?
