make very little difference in most standard applications dan, with that i am off your case. i am in total agreement with you there. rambus is an improvement but not a significant one in word processing. but, i have a feeling what is considered a standard app is about to change. have you ever heard of bandwidth intensive apps? for all your hollering about this and that test you have never given us a thing on ddr. could it be that it just doesn't exist? and tell us what did sony find wrong? finally a reminder, in 14 days you get what you asked for at the idf in palm springs. are you sure you are ready for the answer? unclewest ps did you see the bloomberg news release late today on rambus? you may now continue your fud campaign uninterrupted by me. at least for a while.
