Joe, Has anyone driven by the motel lately to see if it is still under the WAAC ownership? The last time I was there, it was being rehabbed, and the contractor confirmed it was a WAAC property. I live over a hundred miles from there, and with 5,000 shares, it wouldn't pay me to drive there myself! okelly
