Why would IBM or DELL want to bundle RedHat's product (if we can call it a product)? After all, isn't Linux free for all? IBM and DELL certainly have the resources to create their own bundles, very likely optimized for their own products. It probably would be a lot cheaper for them to roll their own than to purchase from a third party. If IBM, DELL, or any other manufacturer wanted to reduce its exposure to Windows, it certainly doesn't need to go to RedHat or any other "supplier" of Linux. That's the pernicious beauty of OSS.
