Char, <<If warren told you he didn't do a reg S>> It could simply be Clinton language, what is is. It may not be a Reg S, but may be a preferred convertible, or some other screwy debenture. That's the trouble with non reporting companies. It's even conceivable that management doesn't understand the deals set up by their wall street consulting wizards. Management needs to get put against the wall. This is not shorting IMO, I've seen this too many times before, even with management denial. We need to understand the details of ORXX's funding agreements.
