Select define automatically updated directories..

1. From the Windows Program Menu, select Quotes Plus Release 2.0 then Output to Metastock.
2. Select one of these menu options:

Set options (Allows you to set volume scaling, specify number of days to export, or create DOP files)
Output 1 symbol to a directory
Output a list of symbols to a single directory
Output a list of symbols to multiple directories
Update existing files
Define automatically updated directories

Output IRL Indexes to Metastock-compatible format (Use this to export the Industry Monitors 200 indexes.)
