I must confess that I do not know how business is conducted in the semiconductor industry. However in most industries when exclusivity is demanded of a large firm that buys in quantity, that firm expects something it return.....usually serious discounting of prices.

Now if you want to live up to your name 'da nile' and believe that intc has an exclusive with GTW because intc is so, so incredible, go for it. But please don't expect me to agree with you.
