I agree but there were 14M and 6M in an escrow because of restriction. The TA stated on July 29 the stock was issued out of escrow. This brought the total up to the recent stock structure. I have inquired about a Reg S, Reg d, converible debenture, options and heck every possible secnario that could set up an arbitrage and I have been told there are not any of those either. At least the TA was unaware of any. I intent to call the TA tomorrow and get an update. It has been 2 days now since I talked to them but I have to get a company offical on conference to release information to my questions. If there are then the underlying stock should be on the DTC report as held in brokerage accounts. Will post what I find out tomorrow. :-) GB
