Ahhh! Now I think I get Jim Mills message. Amazing "Q" is now the amazing "V" as in Victor. Quadrax was stolen from the shareholders by the paying help. They lied to the shareholders at the last annual meeting (which was some time ago)and the next thing we knew there is no Quadrax anymore. We are left with Victor Wire and Cable, once a private company that is probably still trying to pay the bills left by Quadrax. All the Quadrax tech and equipment was sold to the hired help at pennies on the dollar and now they claim they are doing well and selling product. Why they couldn't sell product until they stole the company from us is a mystery. (Yeah, right!) I went to the last annual meeting that was held May 19th, a few years ago and was taken in by their smooth lies. What a bunch of crooks!

I could kick myself for being taken in by that bunch of smooth talking snake charmers. I even bought more shares after the meeting thinking that this company was going somewhere. Of course I didn't know it was going right into the pockets of the formerly hired help. They bought the tech and equipment with the money paid to them by Quadrax to sell those same products and for some reason they still got paid even though they didn't produce any sales.

And now we have no information about what's happening with Victor. No financials or PR's. So I suppose Victor will be sold for pennies on the dollar and us shareholders who had faith in management and staff will be left with nothing. Grrrrrrr! Makes me want to get my club and use it on someone.
