"What excuse do you give when you downgrade a company whose business has been sucking during the whole time you had the higher rating? " Michael, did you catch that stroke of genius from Lehman Brothers this morning? They downgraded IRID to neutral from buy. I guess it's hard to give a bullish spin to involuntary bankruptcy and a trading halt by the exchange. Barb
