kendall, my understanding of the large block trades is that a trade at the bid or even below does not necessarily indicate if it was a buy or a sell... i think a block that large would almost always get some type of preferred price... if i'd been watching mf i might have a better idea, but even that is not foolproof... for every buyer there is a seller and so on... kathy :)
