It's amazing to me that Le Cafe de Metropole (or is it GATA?) should make these statements about Barrick's hedging position without understanding it at all. Maybe they should have read the recent postings on this thread - including the detailed description of the hedging program. I have much sympathy for the objectives of GATA - but they do have a tendency to get some important things dead wrong. d
