Right and thanks for the tip. Say how long would a SEC. file be in there hands (the SEC ) that is before they would print it for the world to read?
I have had some tell me it can take from 2 to 3 weeks from the time they get the file, do you know what the est. time is?
I was informed that the full filing for 'CTKT' was put in the mail today.
There is also the issue of a new "IR" group who is going to work for 'CTKT', starting now, I'm guessing as I, was provided there telephone number. This first news issue today is the start, it's l of 3 to be issued so there is more than just the SEC. info that we had today. There board is made up of some very good directors, all who seem to have helped and guided the growth period of this firm to present. I'm waiting for the news of some type of new expansion, that Fayiz was speaking of on Friday.
It's funny how some of the TA. works out on this issue as none of the past moves were on printed news that I can find. It seems like any issue today or should I say in the past few months that has any type of news drop's the day of issuing the news. Yet today 'CTKT' move us up on news with some very strong volume. Go figure... with a 27.27% increase in the price and a 5 x the normal volume it may be on the way to some more good news over the next few days, right along with some more % on the + side with more volume.
Well try and keep it quiet, as IMVHO, this one needs a building on to the strong base without any guidance and little attention from the looks of the tape today. I did ask Mr Hilal if there was or is any 144 issue outstanding and he said "NO"... IMO. the IR. folks are paid like most good firms do in cash. Takes some of the games out of the trading that way and makes it a fair game for all IMO....
Well in a couple of day's we should know what this one will bring to us in news, for now we just get to sit back and see it happen over the next 7 to 10 weeks.
