Hi Standard is the one shorting the stock at 9 level all the way down for over 300,000 shares, then they covered their shorts over the last ten days and today's action is the continuation of friday afternoon's accumulation, both transactions were prefixed crosses marking the bottom. Same pattern precedes a runup. P.S Standard also covers ECG and they have a high target price for 12 mths.
