I got a headache reading the fine print. <ggg> I do not like this paragraph however. Red flag!!

(b) CONVERSION PRICE. The conversion price per share (the
"CONVERSION PRICE") shall be initially $ .86333. The initial Conversion Price shall be subject to adjustment, in order to adjust the number of shares of Common Stock into which the Series A Preferred Stock is convertible, as hereinafter provided.

I think I'll wait it out.
