This may be your opinion but there's a big difference between facts and opinions. You have predictions and here's mine. Your use of the words "fact", "scam", "fraud", and "stock promotion" may get you in trouble one day. I suggest you use them more intelligently. BTW, if you understood GumTech's business plan, you would know that management is right on track with their two phased approach. If you don't know what that means, I suggest you find out.
