Trevor,
On the IPO all level of employees were elgible to participate in the offering. They were restricted as to when they could sell these shares in the market. Some but not all restrictions were lifted last month. Back to my orignal question how much of these shares were freed to be sold, how many were sold, how much of top management is selling. I am not looking for a CSCO buyout. But I would be concerned if CSCO started selling some of their 8% + shares of INSS. If they are allowed to sell them at this time. I have some shares out in the high 20's and low 30's, but most of my shares were bought between 20 and 21. Not overly concern, but nervous, especially with the current market. I haven't been able to see what is in the recent 144 filings. Hope to find that tonight.
thanks for your imput.
