Nathan's Famous develops and operates a chain of retail fast food style restaurants with 25 Company-owned stores and 163 franchised units operating as of 3/99. For the 52 weeks ended 3/28/99, revenues rose 2% to $29.6 million. Net income rose 79% to $2.7 million. Revenues reflect higher Branded Product Program sales, increased comparable unit sales and higher franchised and licensed operating units. Earnings reflect a four month cost hiatus during renovations. I'm not sure if this is the same Nathan's, But it could be. good luck to all! Ken
