Lee Ring,

Positive comments made by a Robertson Stevens analyst about the merger.Says Ascend's business is very strong.He said
that while there are questions short term about Cascade, Ascend's product lineup is so strong that it could exceed the Streets estiments by 20% to 30%,more than making up for any temporary shortfall from Cascade.Thinks that it is a big time winner!!

PS.Did the best a could paraphrasing interview.Wife screaming,dog puking,kids grossed out,gotta clean it up!!!!!!!
