I guess you got promoted. :) Congrat! No promotion. I'm a mercenary (damn, I keep forgetting to say CONSULTANT). One of my clients has brought in another consultant to do the DBA stuff that I had been keeping track of since half of the department (including the Director, Support Manager, DBA and Network Administrator) left. This almost leaves me enough time to get their development work done... -Michael
