Couple things are suggested:
1. Based on similiar stocks we can look for a price of $2.50 for the new coyotenet.com shares. (that would now be bad) 2. Warranties at $2.00 (support for the two dollar + stock price)
3. New Magma shares should be valued around .40/.45

DM of union securities follows CMV and has a ton of paper, I'll call him today and get his insite of where we are going, I'm torn between buying more or sitting on what I already own until this shakes out!!! cheers, jerry
