The most amazing thing from the filing that I see is that Clancy did not issue a single share in the past nine months! In the day and age of company's printing shares left and right to pay the bills and keep the doors open, that is really refreshing.

I see a lot of laughing in some of the chat boards about Clancy's earnings of .0002, but that beats 99.5% of other OTC:BB stocks and they have no debt.

The Clancy story is just beginning....
