1. Is the company doing 504s (company direct selling of stock) where the price is tied to the approximately the current stock price? According to my BTS research sheet there is a 504 in the early spring in the beginning that was done in accordance with the requirements. Approx. 300,000 @ $1.00 that are to be issued by the end of August 31, 1999 I believe ... 2. Does the company have ANY foreign funding ? None any one knows about 3. Does the company have ANY convertible debentures? None anyone knows about 4. Does the company have any convertible preferred stock anywhere in the pipeline? None anyone knows about 5. Are there any large holders of stock that are continually being paid for services with company stock based on dollar value? None anyone knows about :-) GB
