Under chapter 11, the creditors would receive apportionment of revenue allowing operation of the business. Read that again "apportionment of revenue". It is therefore imperative for all concerned that PNII resume business with this settlement. Creditors as well as shareholders will be glad to see progress in PNII's recovery. B11rd
