Those are exactlyt he answers fromt he company. The 504 has been known about but I did not get the exact numbers till this morning. The company is confused as we are. This is why they are getting the DTC reports weekly ... The TA when I called upon initial DD stated the same thing but did not disclose the amount of shares to be issued under the 504. :-) GB
