Ga Bard, <<The 504 has been known about>> If they weren't tied to the current stock price, it's no problem. It's only where holders of stock can sell it off knowing that they will drive the price down and then replace their core holdings with the same number of shares at the lower price and pocket the difference. I bought more stock this morning based on your information, thanks.
